Location
Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße in Berlin’s Charlottenburg district runs from Charlottenburg Palace in the north to the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station on Stuttgarter Platz in the south. The house with the number 47 is located in the middle between Pestalozzi and Kantstraße, about 200 m away from the S-Bahn station. Thus, one can justifiably speak of a central location of Charlottenburg, where traffic noise remains completely unscathed thanks to the courtyard location of the apartment. Thus, one can profit without any restrictions from the advantages of the location. And there are many of them! The gastronomic offer in the surrounding area is impressive, there are a lot of shopping possibilities, the Ku’damm is not far away – also to the beautiful Lietzensee, to the shopping mile in the Wilmersdorfer or the restaurants at the Savignyplatz one can walk comfortably – in short, the infrastructure could not be better. The connection to public transport is almost perfect. To the U2 in the Bismarckstraße it is only 650 m, to the U7 in the Wilmersdorfer Straße it is 400 m and how it behaves with the S-Bahn we already mentioned at the beginning. In addition, there are about half a dozen bus lines that stop directly in the Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße.
