The “Altbau” building dating from 1910 is located in a popular and historic residential area near the famous Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz.
It consists of a front building, a left and right wing and a cross building.
In 2004, the building was completely renovated and modernized, including the construction and renovation of the attic and the installation of elevators. The building is very well maintained!
The apartment offered here is on the 3rd floor of the main building. You enter the apartment through a small hallway from which the kitchen is on the right. Behind the kitchen is a large bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, window and washing machine connection.
Behind the bathroom, at the end of the hallway, is the bedroom overlooking a quiet and green inner courtyard. Opposite the bedroom is the living room with a large west-facing loggia.
The bathroom and kitchen are tiled, the floor of the corridor and the other two rooms are covered with parquet. Overall, the apartment is in very good condition and is well maintained.
The apartment is heated by gas central heating.
The apartment is currently rented. In case of personal need (Eigenbedarf): there are no blocking periods. The legal notice periods apply.
Viewings are possible by appointment.
Further photos of the apartment are available in a personal exposé.

Senefelder Straße connects Danziger Straße in the south with Stargarder Straße in the north.
The apartment, or rather the building, is located directly opposite the so-called “Göhren Egg”, in the heart of a very popular area!
The nearby Helmholtzplatz and its southern counterpart in the Kollwitz district are, along with Kastanienallee and Oderberger Straße, among the most popular addresses in Prenzlauer Berg. There are many cafés, bars and restaurants. On Kollwitzplatz, you can shop at the organic market on Thursdays and the weekly market on Saturdays. In summer, you can play ping-pong on Helmholtzplatz or wait in line for an ice cream at “Hedwig’s”.
The public transport connections are excellent. Five streetcar lines stop at the corner of Danziger and Prenzlauer, the M1 and U2 can be taken at Eberswalder Straße and the S-Bahn station “Prenzlauer Allee” can be reached in 4 minutes by foot.
